We are searching for a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join a leading care home provider based in Great Malvern. This Deputy Manager opportunity comes with an excellent salary of Β£58,000 per year, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include: Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectivesEnsuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodiesBeing a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staffEnsure adequate staffing is always maintained within the homeCriteria to apply: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PINStrong leadership skillsGood knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governancePrior experience in a senior clinical position within a care homeIf you're interested or experienced in roles such as Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or Lead Nurse, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
