We are looking for a Director of Clinical Services to join a highly respected mental health service in Walsall. This role comes with a competitive salary of £55,000, generous annual leave entitlement, excellent routes for development and more excellent benefits.

As Director of Clinical Services you will be playing a key role within a 28 bed, community-facing rehabilitation and recovery service. Working closely with the MDT, you will be a vital part of ensuring that the highest standards of clinical care are delivered.
To give you an idea of how the role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
- Provide clinical oversight at the service, offering leadership and effective management to the MDT to ensure the highest standards of care are met
- Support and develop clinical staff to promote continuous improvement
- Implement and maintain clinical governance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage budgets and financial targets at the service
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). You will also have experience in a Ward Manager or equivalent position, along with a track record of service improvement.
