We are recruiting for a Community Nurse to join one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering high-quality treatments to patients in their homes across York and the surrounding areas. This Community Nurse opportunity offers a salary of up to £39,000, a company car or £4,877 car allowance, and an excellent work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours.

As a Community Nurse, you will:
- Deliver IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Work closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards
About you:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
- Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
