Are you an experienced Nurse Manager with a passion for supporting people through recovery and making a real difference in their lives? Were seeking a Lead Nurse Manager to join a purpose-built addiction and recovery treatment service, delivering exemplary care in an outstanding environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience who is motivated by clinical excellence, innovation, and team development. The service is located close to the Northwich area of Cheshire, easily accessible from local areas such as Crewe, Warrington and Wirral / Liverpool. ? About the Role In this role, youll combine strong clinical skills with the ability to guide, coach, and inspire a small, dedicated team. Youll ensure that every service user receives safe, compassionate, and effective care while supporting the development of your colleagues. Working pattern: 3 days per week supernumerary (9am 5pm) 1 day per week leading on the floor (7:45am 8pm) Youll also deputise for senior leadership when required, ensuring the clinical team remains visible, effective, and aligned with best practice standards. ? What Were Looking For Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Previous leadership experience as a Ward Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Senior Manager A passion for substance misuse care and supporting recovery journeys Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to develop others Experience in care planning, incident management, and clinical governance Excellent organisational and communication skills, with resilience under pressure Desirable: Leadership or clinical educator qualification Nurse Prescriber qualification Experience in addiction treatment or behavioural health ?
