As Head of Clinical Services, you will balance hands-on clinical leadership with operational oversight, supporting teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining safe, effective services.
Up to £75,000 per annum plus bonus.

Provide senior leadership, direction and operational management across clinical services, deputising for the Hospital Director when required. Lead clinical governance and continuous improvement to deliver excellent acute elective surgical and medical outcomes. Oversee resources to sustain agreed activity levels, including workforce planning, budgets, management reporting and supply contracts.
Senior clinical leadership experience within acute elective surgical and or medical services. NMC or HCPC registration, with proven experience working in a surgical environment. Demonstrable track record of leading teams to meet CQC requirements and clinical governance standards.
