As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Lead the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
  • Regularly review residents' needs and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support the Registered Manager and assume full responsibility in their absence.
  • Oversee clinical competencies such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy, and wound care.
  • Induct, supervise, and support team members.
  • Complete care audits and liaise with family members and professionals.
  • Monitor risks and ensure administrative records are up to date.
  • Contribute to clinical policy development and work with a multidisciplinary team.
