As a Deputy Home Manager, you\’ll play a crucial role in our care home: Lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents. Regularly review residents\’ needs and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards. Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and assume full responsibility in their absence. Induct new team members and supervise existing staff. Conduct care audits and ensure person-centred care plans. Monitor, report, and investigate safeguarding concerns and risks.
