As a Deputy Home Manager, you\’ll be responsible for: Leading the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care. Regularly reviewing residents\’ needs and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards. Supporting the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home. Overseeing clinical competencies such as PEG feeds, tracheostomy, and wound care. Inducting new team members and supervising existing staff. Completing care audits and liaising with family members and care professionals. Monitoring and reporting risks and safeguarding concerns. Contributing to clinical policies and procedures.
