Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the care team to provide safe, person-centred care.
Monitor residents health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations.
Oversee clinical skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management.
Support induction and ongoing supervision of staff.
Conduct care audits and maintain communication with families and healthcare professionals.
Identify and report risks or safeguarding concerns.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies.

About You:
Proven experience leading care assistants and Registered Nurses.
Registered Nurse with an active
NMC pin .
QCF Level 3 Diploma or higher in Health and Social Care.
