The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care, while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulations and standards within adult social care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
