This Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist role allows you to influence autism and ADHD assessments through specialist clinical reasoning. As a CYP Speech & Language Therapist , you will join a stable multidisciplinary workforce supported by robust clinical leadership, clear governance and regular professional oversight. This structure helps clinicians deliver consistent assessments, reliable recommendations and successful outcomes for children, families and end clients. Package & Benefits Β£45,000 to Β£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Permanent full-time or part-time contract. Agreed hybrid working arrangements. About the Company This clinician-led community healthcare provider delivers evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments. Its established clinical teams combine strong leadership with workforce stability, supporting dependable service delivery, consistent quality and practical outcomes for families and commissioners. Key Responsibilities Complete specialist speech, language and communication assessments. Gather and analyse evidence from families, schools and professionals. Contribute CYP Speech & Language Therapist expertise to MDT diagnostic formulation. Produce clear reports and recommendations supporting communication and participation. About You Current HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist. Significant post-qualification experience within paediatric, CAMHS or neurodevelopmental services.
