We're recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a specialist complex care service in Winsford, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs and complex behaviours.
This is a great opportunity for a confident Senior Nurse, Lead Nurse or Clinical Lead who enjoys combining hands-on clinical care with leadership, staff development and improving standards across a service.

You will:
Provide clinical leadership to Nurses and Support WorkersOversee care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentationSupport adults with complex nursing, neurological and mental health needsLead on medication management and safe clinical practiceSupport the management of complex behaviours and clinical riskComplete clinical supervision and competency assessmentsCoach and develop Nurses and care staffLead on safeguarding, clinical governance and quality improvementSupport the service in maintaining strong CQC standardsAbout YouTo be considered for this Clinical Lead Nurse position, you'll need: Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLDStrong post-registration nursing experienceExperience within complex care, neurological care, mental health, learning disabilities or acquired brain injuryPrevious experience supporting people with complex behaviours and higher clinical needsConfidence leading and supporting Nurses and wider care teamsA good understanding of clinical governance and CQC standardsYou may already be working as a Clinical Lead Nurse, Senior Nurse, Lead Nurse, Charge Nurse, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager, or be an experienced Nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership.
