We're recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a highly respected, values-led care provider with an exceptional reputation for delivering outstanding elderly, dementia and end-of-life care. The Role
- As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll work alongside the Home Manager to provide clinical leadership across the service, supporting both residents and colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
- Supporting, coaching and developing Registered Nurses and care teams.
- Leading on clinical governance, quality improvement and CQC compliance.
- Delivering hands-on nursing support to residents when needed.
- Driving best practice in dementia, frailty, long-term conditions and end-of-life care.
- Championing person-centred, compassionate care throughout the service.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- At least 12 months in a senior nursing role within a care home environment.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting residents with dementia, frailty and complex needs.
- Evidence of ongoing professional and clinical development.
- A genuine passion for developing people and delivering exceptional care.
