An established and growing complex care provider is recruiting an experienced Complex Care Recruiter to join its Chelmsford office. This role is designed for someone with proven experience recruiting within complex care or community healthcare who understands the importance of compliance, continuity of care, and high-quality staffing.

About the Role

As a Complex Care Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for carers and nurses supporting complex care packages in the community. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure services are safely staffed, compliant, and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex care and community-based care roles
  • Source experienced carers and nurses with complex care backgrounds
  • Screen, interview, and onboard candidates in line with compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing care packages
  • Write, post, and manage job adverts across relevant platforms
  • Work closely with operations to understand package requirements and mobilisation timelines
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records
  • Support continuity of care by anticipating staffing gaps and risks

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in complex care recruitment, community care recruitment, or specialist healthcare recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruiting carers and nurses for community-based services
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and safeguarding
  • Confident communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
