In this Respiratory Nurse position you will be joining a highly-respected primary care provider, who work closely with GP practices in the community. With excellent support for further training and development, you will be joining a highly trained team that has both your personal and professional development at heart.
As a Respiratory Nurse, you will:
- Work shifts of Mon Fri / 9am 5pm
- Conduct patient audits and deliver specialist clinics within a GP practice
- Be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with respiratory conditions
- Provide mentorship and support to general practice staff
- Improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines
