Our client – a leading and rapidly growing healthcare provider – is looking for a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality renal and peritoneal dialysis care in patients homes in the Wiltshire catchment area. This is a new and excitingopportunity to join a supportive team that values work-life balance, clinical excellence, and your professional growth. The Role As a Community Nurse , you\’ll support patients undergoing Automated and Manual Peritoneal Dialysis, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care at home for both adult and paediatric patients.
