Your Role
As a Chemotherapy Nurse, youll work independently in the community while remaining closely connected to a wider, supportive clinical team. You\’ll manage a varied caseload involving:

  • Blood collection and toxicity assessments
  • Administration of IV/oral chemotherapy and cytotoxic drugs
  • Pump disconnections and central line care
  • IM/SC injections and clinical assessments

Youll gain exposure to cutting-edge therapies and contribute to the development of flexible care models that challenge conventional healthcare settings.
Key Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Chemotherapy competence (including cannulation and clinical assessment)
  • SACT Passport (desirable)
  • Community experience (desirable, not essential)
  • Confident working independently in patients\’ homes
