We are looking for an experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected complex care provider covering North London. This Adult Nurse Manager role offers a salary of up to £45,000, hybrid working, Monday to Friday hours, and an excellent benefits package.

As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will:
- Create and manage personalised care plans for adults with complex needs
- Carry out clinical assessments, nursing interventions and medication management
- Lead, train and support a team of carers
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work closely with CHC teams, commissioners and the wider MDT
About you:
- Active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support
- Leadership experience at Band 5, Band 6 or equivalent level
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
