Job Description

Are you ready to make a real impact in the care sector? Our client are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager at their beautiful Bexhill-On-Sea care home. They are a renowned provider with a rich history of supporting individuals across the UK. This role comes with an attractive salary of £55,000 with other amazing benefits.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our care home:
  • Lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents.
  • Regularly review residents' needs and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
  • Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and assume full responsibility in their absence.
  • Induct new team members and supervise existing staff.
  • Conduct care audits and ensure person-centred care plans.
  • Liaise with family members, care professionals, and residents for holistic care provision.
  • Monitor, report, and investigate safeguarding concerns and risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative records.

About You
We're looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager who meets the following criteria:

  • Must have at least 12 months of right to work in the UK.
  • Experience leading a team of care assistants and Registered Nurses.
  • Registered nurse experience with an active NMC pin.
  • QCF Level 3 diploma or above in Health and Social Care.
  • Good knowledge of CQC key lines of enquiry and regulatory frameworks.
  • Availability to work 42 hours, including alternate weekends.
