This role offers an hourly rate between £15.50 and £17, making it a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. With a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off, youll have a great work-life balance. Additionally, the sleep-in rate is £70, providing extra benefits for those overnight stays.

As a Team Leader, you will:
Lead and manage a team within the children\’s residential home. Ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained. Support the development and implementation of care plans. Provide guidance and support to team members. Liaise with external agencies and professionals as needed. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Participate in the on-call rota as required.

The ideal candidate for the Team Leader position will have:
A qualification of Level 3 / 4 in Childrens Residential (or equivalent) or be working towards it. At least 18 months of experience in children\’s residential or related services. A full UK Driving Licence. Strong leadership and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
