As a Registered Manager, you will oversee services supporting adults with Learning Disabilities across Caterham and Kingston upon Thames. Long-term progression opportunities within a growing provider.

This specialist care provider delivers supported living and community services for adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. - Oversee the operational management of two supported living services.
- Maintain CQC compliance, safeguarding standards and quality assurance processes.
- Lead recruitment, supervision and development of support teams across both services.
- Support high-quality, person-centred care delivery while driving service improvement and growth.
Recent experience as a Registered Manager within supported living services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance processes. Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that challenge.
