The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of healthcare needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll:
- Assess, plan and deliver individualised care
- Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
- Support and mentor colleagues and student nurses
- Build trusted relationships with residents and their families
- Help maintain the highest standards of clinical care across the home
