This is a strong opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for a structured, low-reactive role with rotas planned well in advance and clear internal processes.
The Role
- Support the coordination of established complex care packages within a stable and organised service.
- Support and maintain rotas planned 3 to 6 months in advance.
- Manage annual leave, sickness, and rota gaps efficiently.
- Liaise with carers to ensure consistent care delivery.
- This is a coordination-focused position with no requirement for clinical sign-offs or community visits.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Care Coordinator within a complex care provider.
- Background in domiciliary care, community care, or specialist care services.
- Strong rota management and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of care compliance and service delivery.
