This is a strong opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for a structured, low-reactive role with rotas planned well in advance and clear internal processes.

The Role

  • Support the coordination of established complex care packages within a stable and organised service.
  • Support and maintain rotas planned 3 to 6 months in advance.
  • Manage annual leave, sickness, and rota gaps efficiently.
  • Liaise with carers to ensure consistent care delivery.
  • This is a coordination-focused position with no requirement for clinical sign-offs or community visits.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Care Coordinator within a complex care provider.
  • Background in domiciliary care, community care, or specialist care services.
  • Strong rota management and organisational skills.
  • Good understanding of care compliance and service delivery.
  • Monday to Friday - no evenings or weekends.
