Are you an experienced leader within complex care looking to take ownership of a large, high-performing service? We are recruiting for a Registered Branch Manager to join a leading complex care provider based at their East London head office. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a well-established branch delivering over 10,000 hours of care per week across adult and paediatric packages, including learning disability supported living. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Branch Manager who is confident managing scale, driving quality, and operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
The Role
- You will have full operational and clinical oversight of the branch, ensuring safe, effective and compliant delivery of complex care services.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am- 5:00pm
- Based primarily in the East London head office
- One day per week working from home
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of 10,000 hours of complex care per week
- Manage adult and paediatric packages, including high-acuity cases
- Lead on CQC compliance, governance, audits and quality assurance
- Manage and develop clinical and operational teams
- Drive performance, growth and service delivery standards
- Build and maintain relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and incident management
- Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding and staff competency
Requirements
- Strong experience within complex care (community-based, high acuity)
- Experience managing 5,000 hours of care per week
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role within complex care
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and governance frameworks
- Experience working with adult and/or paediatric packages
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
Please note: This role requires direct complex care experience. Candidates with domiciliary care or supported living-only backgrounds will not be considered.
