We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established, award-winning community complex care provider based in Burton upon Trent. As a Complex Care Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality, personalised care packages within the community. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor and develop care teams, and help improve outcomes for adults living with complex health needs. As a Complex Care Clinical Lead you will:

  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for adults with complex clinical needs
  • Provide clinical leadership, training, and ongoing support to care staff
  • Apply specialist clinical skills, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and seizure management
  • Collaborate with CHC nurses, commissioners, and the wider multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective care packages
  • Establish positive relationships with service users and their families, ensuring care is tailored to their individual needs

Criteria to apply:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience within community complex care
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance, and care quality standards
