This Home Manager role is within a small, well-established nursing home, which has a strong reputation for delivering high standards of compassionate nursing and residential care. Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents. Develop, support and inspire multidisciplinary care teams within the home. Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
About You
Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN). Previous experience working as a Registered Manager. Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment. Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register. Must have excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance.
