The Role

As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will act as the named clinical lead for your allocated packages. What we are looking for

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with an active NMC PIN
  • Minimum of 18 months UK adult nursing experience

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Band 5 or Band 6 nurses with leadership experience encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the named clinical lead for a defined caseload of 6 care packages
  • Develop and review bespoke care plans tailored to individual clinical needs
  • Provide clinical oversight and ongoing support to community care teams
  • Complete assessments, monitoring, and clinical interventions
  • Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and commissioners to maintain high-quality care packages
  • Build trusted relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders

What is on offer

  • Salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
  • £5,000 car allowance
  • 45p per mile business mileage
  • Hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with no weekends or nights
  • Caseload capped at 6 care packages
  • 33 days annual leave
  • Private pension scheme
  • Structured learning and development programme
  • Company mobile phone and laptop provided
