What youll be doing As Home Manager, youll have overall responsibility for the homes operational and clinical performance. Leading and supporting the nursing, care and wider home team Maintaining compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements Ensuring care plans are person-centred, regularly reviewed and effectively delivered Managing staffing, recruitment, rotas and employee development Monitoring budgets, occupancy and resources to support sustainable home performance Building productive relationships with residents, relatives, commissioners and healthcare professionals Identifying opportunities to strengthen quality, resident experience and team engagement What youll bring Were looking for an experienced care leader with the confidence and clinical knowledge to manage a busy nursing home.
