Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum 28 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays. Company pension scheme. Funded training and ongoing professional development. On-call rota with additional payment where applicable. Your Key Responsibilities
Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team, maintaining clear standards and accountability. Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring safe and high-quality care. Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment. Build positive relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders. About You
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children's EBD home. Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it. A confident, passionate leader who values structure, clarity, and therapeutic care.
