Key Responsibilities
Support Home Managers to improve care quality, governance, and operational performance across multiple services.
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.
About You
Significant experience in adult social care within a multi-site or senior leadership role.
Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
