Are you an experienced Care Coordinator looking for a stable office-based role within an established community care provider?
We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a busy Bournemouth service supporting the delivery of high-quality care in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident managing rotas and enjoys working closely with care teams, clients and families.
Previous experience within complex care, domiciliary care, homecare or supported living would be highly desirable.
Package & Benefits
- £25,000 to £27,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Role
As Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring care is organised effectively and delivered to a consistently high standard.
You will manage care rotas, allocate care workers, respond to changing staffing requirements and support the wider branch team with day-to-day service delivery.
You will also build strong relationships with care staff, clients and families, helping ensure care packages remain safe, reliable and person-centred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care schedules and maintain accurate rotas
- Allocate care workers across community-based care packages
- Respond to sickness, absence and changes in care requirements
- Build strong relationships with care staff, clients and families
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Work closely with branch, recruitment and operational teams
- Support assessments, reviews and changes to care packages
- Help resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Maintain high standards of quality, safeguarding and compliance
- Participate in the on-call rota
About You
To be considered for this Care Coordinator opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within care coordination, scheduling or community care
- Experience within complex care, domiciliary care, supported living or homecare would be highly desirable
- Strong rota management and organisational skills
- Experience working with care workers and community-based teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- A proactive and organised approach
