Provide clinical leadership across the hospital, supporting governance, quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Act as Responsible Clinician for an 8-bed CAMHS PICU service, overseeing assessment, treatment planning and clinical outcomes. Support consultant supervision, multidisciplinary decision-making and service development initiatives. Promote high standards of patient care while contributing to strategic planning and organisational objectives.
Significant experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Deep understanding of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice, along with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Capacity. Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) or equivalent.
