We are building a strong, collaborative network of Educational Psychologists who want flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful work supporting children and young people across the UK.

At Leaders in Care, we are proud to be partnering with a growing number of local authorities nationwide, supporting them to manage increasing demand for statutory assessments following a 23% rise in EHCP requests. We are currently offering immediate project opportunities for experienced EPs to help reduce backlogs and deliver high-quality assessments on your terms.

  • Work remotely or in-person - your choice.
  • Paid-for clinical supervision to support your wellbeing and decision-making.
  • You will also be supported every step of the way by our expert team, receiving regular check-ins, seamless timesheet and payroll support, and access to our extensive experience working within the SEND system.
