Are you an experienced Residential Care Home Manager, Interim Home Manager, or Turnaround Manager with a proven track record of improving underperforming care homes? Do you have experience stabilising services, improving compliance, strengthening leadership teams, and preparing homes for successful regulatory outcomes?
We are working with a large Residential Care Home in Liverpool that requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support the existing leadership team and drive significant operational improvement.
The Opportunity
- As the Interim Residential Care Home Turnaround Manager, you will work alongside the existing management team to identify areas requiring improvement and deliver a structured turnaround plan.
- You will provide visible leadership across the home, improve operational performance, and help create a stable environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
- Lead the turnaround of a large residential care home.
- Improve compliance, quality standards, and overall operational performance.
- Review and strengthen care delivery systems and processes.
- Address safeguarding, risk management, staffing, and occupancy challenges.
- Drive improvements in team performance, accountability, and culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Residential Care Home Manager, Interim Manager, or Turnaround Manager.
- A proven track record of successfully improving underperforming or challenged care services.
- Strong knowledge of residential care regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Experience managing large residential care homes.
- Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, staffing stability, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
- Available for Immediate start.
