Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the care team to provide safe, person-centred care.
- Monitor residents health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
- Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Oversee clinical skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management.
- Support induction and ongoing supervision of staff.
