This is a strong opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for a structured, low-reactive role with rotas planned well in advance and clear internal processes.

The Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will support the coordination of established complex care packages within a stable and organised service.

  • Support and maintain rotas planned 3 to 6 months in advance
  • Manage annual leave, sickness, and rota gaps efficiently
  • Complete structured staff check-ins (day one, week one, week two, month two, month three)
  • Liaise with carers to ensure consistent care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards

This is a coordination-focused position with no requirement for clinical sign-offs or community visits.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience working as a Care Coordinator within a complex care provider
  • Background in domiciliary care, community care, or specialist care services
  • Strong rota management and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Good understanding of care compliance and service delivery
