This is a strong opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for a structured, low-reactive role with rotas planned well in advance and clear internal processes.
The RoleAs a Care Coordinator, you will support the coordination of established complex care packages within a stable and organised service.
- Support and maintain rotas planned 3 to 6 months in advance
- Manage annual leave, sickness, and rota gaps efficiently
- Complete structured staff check-ins (day one, week one, week two, month two, month three)
- Liaise with carers to ensure consistent care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards
This is a coordination-focused position with no requirement for clinical sign-offs or community visits.
RequirementsEssential:
- Experience working as a Care Coordinator within a complex care provider
- Background in domiciliary care, community care, or specialist care services
- Strong rota management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Good understanding of care compliance and service delivery
- £30,000 to £35,000 salary
- Monday to Friday - no evenings or weekends
