As Registered Service Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and regulatory compliance of our Supported Living, Outreach, and Respite services. You'll be the registered individual with CQC for these services, ensuring consistently high-quality, person-centred support for the young people we work with.

You’ll be joining a small but growing provider supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including neurodivergent individuals, to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Hold Registered Manager accountability for supported living and community services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
Support service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.
Full time with bi-weekly on-call expectations.
Current Registered Manager experience within supported living care or community-based services.
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and children's services.
Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.
