We are searching for an Adult Nurse Manager to join an award‑winning community complex care provider in Wolverhampton. This unique opportunity comes with an excellent salary of up to £50,000 p/a, sociable working hours, strong routes for further training & development and more excellent benefits.

In this Adult Nurse Manager role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs. You will be joining a highly‑regarded, growing team that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.

Duties of this role include:

  • Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
  • Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
  • Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
  • Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families

Criteria to apply for this position:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Have a prior background in a leadership role within community complex care
  • Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance
