Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (complex care), looking to take your skills out into the community? This is a full time, permanent role working as a Nurse Case Manager (complex care), in the Merseyside, Cheshire, and Lancashire region. The role is to work Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with no nights, weekends, or bank holiday working. The salary is £43,000 per annum. You must be a driver with a car for this community role.

What You’ll Do

  • As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting and overseeing high‑quality care for individuals with complex health needs, including those with:
  • Spinal or neurological injuries
  • Acquired brain injuries or trauma
  • Epilepsy, learning disabilities, or genetic disorders
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Assessing, reviewing, and maintaining bespoke care packages
    • Providing hands‑on clinical training and supervision to care staff
    • Offering expert guidance and support to clients and their families
    • Collaborating with health and social care partners (ICBs, hospitals, case managers, and other professionals)
    • Participating in a paid on‑call rota on a rotational basis

    About You
