The Roles


As an Adult Social Worker, you'll work with adults with a broad range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, sensory impairments, older adults, and individuals with complex long‑term conditions.


Using a strengths-based approach, you'll complete Care Act assessments, develop person-centred support plans, undertake safeguarding work, and collaborate with health professionals, families, and partner agencies to help people achieve the best possible outcomes while promoting independence.

About You


To be considered, you’ll need:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (BA, MA, DipSW or equivalent).

  • Current Social Work England registration.

  • Previous experience within Adult Social Care.

  • A sound understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and strengths-based practice.
