Are you an experienced CwD social worker looking for a change as we head into summer? Leaders in Care is partnering with a well-established local authority in the South West to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced children's social worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CwD) team.
We’re offering a great pay rate of between £45-£47 per hour, plus £150 per week to help with expenses or accommodation if you're coming from outside the area. The team is small but known for its stability, with few openings due to a strong working environment. Recently approved funding means you'll have the security of a six-month contract, giving you time to settle in and build strong relationships with the children, families, and your team.
The CwD service has a strong foundation, so you can expect a manageable caseload evenly distributed among the team members. You'll be joining a close-knit team with many long-term members.
Since this is a statutory role, you will need a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
