Are you seeking a Family Safeguarding role in a location that is easily commutable? Our client, a local council, is looking to fill a few positions with experienced Safeguarding Social Workers. The caseloads are intentionally kept low to ensure quality support and manageable workloads.
In this role, you will support long-term family services, including child in need and child protection cases, with very few court proceedings involved.
We collaborate directly with managers to tailor roles to your preferences and needs, presenting opportunities that match your skills and interests.
Additionally, if you refer a Social Worker and we successfully place them, you will receive £500 per referral.
Note: As this is a statutory role, you must have a Social Work qualification and full registration with the SWE.
