We’re working exclusively with a stable and supportive local authority seeking a Senior Practitioner to join their Looked After Children (LAC) Team. This role offers a competitive rate of up to £42 per hour, with the chance to join a close-knit and collaborative team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children in care. This position focuses on care planning, permanency, and long-term support for looked after children.

To be considered, you must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. The team is well-established, with long-standing permanent staff who provide excellent peer support and mentoring to new joiners. Remote working is strongly encouraged, and the team is expanding to support continued growth and demand.
