Leaders in Care are currently seeking experienced children's Social Workers for multiple teams across children's services in the South of England. Pay up to £42/h depending on the council and team.
We are working with good / outstanding rated councils nationwide for experienced social workers to join several teams in children’s services, including child and family assessment, looked after children, duty and assessment, child protection, and children with disabilities.
Due to our approach with councils, we offer competitive rates up to £42 per hour, supplemented by our exclusive Leaders in Care bonus (enquire for details).
Responsibilities- Provide experienced social work within children’s services across multiple teams (South of England), including child and family assessment, looked after children, duty and assessment, child protection, and services for children with disabilities.
- Contribute to workstreams in teams across good / outstanding rated councils as described.
- Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in LAC, CwD, Duty & Assessment, CP/CIN roles preferred.
- Pay up to £42 per hour, with a potential Leaders in Care bonus.
- Flexible working schedule and option to condense hours into a 4-day week.
- Supportive management team and a platform to do your best work.
- Very competitive referral scheme: £500 for successful placements from your referral.
