Work as Night Sister / Charge Nurse on night shifts within an exceptional nursing service in Preston. The complex care service provides Residential Care, Spinal Nursing Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Complex Nursing and Palliative Nursing Care and has an excellent reputation in the area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great experience, to work in a leadership role which offers a competitive package, and progression / training opportunities. We are looking for an RGN, RMN or RNLD with complex care and leadership skills, to lead the team on nights, working either 3, or 4 nights per week depending on your preference.
There are 2 nursing units within the Home, you will oversee a large team of 20+ carers and 4 nurses on the night shifts. You will have excellent clinical skills, and leadership experience at Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Deputy level. Full training will be provided in any areas you need refreshing on, as your role will include tracheostomy care, catheter care, syringe drivers, pegs and ng feeds, venepuncture, NIV, cough assist, deep tracheal suction and complex wound management.
You will have the opportunity to work 2 supernumerary days per month, either in the service or working from home. The role offers a competitive rate starting at £24.75 per hour, equating to up to £57,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn bonus.
