Are you ready to lead a high-performing pharmacy team in a leading private healthcare setting? Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their established department on a full-time, permanent basis.

They are dedicated to delivering personalised care, from first consultation through to full recovery, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and expert clinical teams. Key responsibilities
- Leading and managing the operational and clinical aspects of the pharmacy team
- Providing expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and cost-effective use of medicines
- Driving continuous improvement in medicine management and patient safety
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards
- Promoting multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver outstanding patient care
Salary and Benefits
The Pharmacy Manager will receive:
- A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum
- 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays

About you
To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager, you will need:
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Significant experience in hospital pharmacy and surgical patient management
- Proven managerial experience in a clinical or healthcare environment
- Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
- A collaborative, proactive approach to patient-centred care
