We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing and highly regarded provider delivering supported living and complex community services for adults with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that challenge. This is a senior leadership opportunity for somebody with strong multi-site supported living experience and a proven background working closely with Councils, Commissioners and Local Authorities.

The successful Operations Manager will act as a key operational lead across multiple services while also being the main liaison between families, Councils and operational teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery across complex and highly specialised packages. This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager, Head of Care or Regional Manager with experience overseeing 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 supported living packages within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities services.

The Role

  • Oversee multiple supported living services and complex community packages across the region
  • Provide operational leadership across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism services
  • Support individuals with behaviours that challenge within highly specialised supported living environments
  • Act as the key liaison between families, Councils, Commissioners and operational teams
  • Support service mobilisation, transitions and package development
  • Oversee services delivering 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 packages of care
  • Drive safeguarding, governance, quality and compliance standards across services
  • Support Registered Managers with performance management, investigations and service improvement plans
  • Work closely with senior leadership on operational performance, occupancy and growth
  • Ensure services operate in line with CQC regulations and person-centred care principles
  • Support crisis management, safeguarding escalations and complex stakeholder meetings

About You

  • Recent senior leadership experience within supported living or complex community services
  • Strong operational experience across Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism services
  • Experience managing multi-site supported living services
  • Experience working closely with Councils, Commissioners and Local Authorities
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance and CQC compliance
  • Experience overseeing complex behavioural support packages
  • Experience supporting 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 care packages
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
