Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight across adult complex care packages within the community.
- Complete assessments, care plans and structured clinical reviews for service users with complex needs.
- Deliver clinical training and competency sign off for Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
- Support governance, safeguarding, mobilisation and quality improvement initiatives as an Adult Clinical Lead.
About You
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Minimum three years’ UK adult complex care or community nursing experience including tracheostomy and ventilation care within the last two years.
- Previous senior nurse or Adult Clinical Lead experience working alongside case managers, commissioners or ICB teams.
