We are searching for a Regional Learning & Development Partner to join a nationally recognized mental health provider. This hybrid role offers the chance to influence learning across multiple healthcare services while working closely with senior operational leaders. It’s well suited to an L&D Partner who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and visible impact.

In this Regional L&D Partner role you will be joining a values-led healthcare organisation operating across multiple regulated services. They are focused on quality, compliance, and building capable teams through structured, well-governed learning and development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a regionally owned learning and development plan aligned to clinical, operational, and regulatory priorities
  • Partner with senior operational, quality, and clinical leaders to identify learning needs, risks, and capability gaps
  • Quality assure training delivery to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact across sites
  • Use learning data, evaluation, and insight to influence improvements and inform wider L&D strategy

This Learning & Development Partner position goes beyond delivery. You’ll own the regional learning plan, identify capability and compliance risks, and ensure learning interventions genuinely improve performance in a regulated healthcare environment. The role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor rather than an order-taker.

Criteria to apply:

  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Partner or senior L&D professional within a regulated environment
  • Strong experience in learning needs analysis, evaluation, and strategic learning planning
  • Experience working across multiple sites or regions, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
