Leaders in Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead (RNLD) to lead clinical excellence across specialist services in the Dorset, Kent, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire regions. The role offers hybrid working with 3–4 days in the community and 1–2 days from home, delivering autonomous clinical leadership and ongoing development.

You will manage complex community care packages, perform assessments, supervise staff and drive continuous improvements in care.
