In this Mental Health Nurse role you will be joining a brand-new, purpose-built care centre which offers care for a wide range of mental health conditions, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing nursing skills. You will be part of a highly skilled and compassionate MDT, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.
Responsibilities
- Assess and develop person-centred care plans
- Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
- Provide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crises
- Build good relationships with residents and their families
